Matthew 6:25-26 Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what
you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more

the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly
Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

will be opened.

the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s
schemes.
Philippians 3:7-9 But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake
of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing
worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I

James 1:12-15 Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he
has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to
those who love him. When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For
God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each one is
tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then,
after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is
full-grown, gives birth to death.
James 4:7-8 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will

in love.

ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears
us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.
